"The body says what words cannot"

What is cranio?
Craniosacral therapy (Cranio) is a gentle, holistic treatment method with roots in osteopathy. We see people as a unity of body, mind and soul and support natural self-regulation. The method is based on both precise anatomical knowledge and the therapist's fine perception. Through mindful touch and subtle manual impulses, physical tension and energy blockages can be released so that vitality can flow freely again . Craniosacral treatment also promotes self-awareness, strengthens inner resources and develops a better perception of the body - a valuable process for greater well-being and inner balance.

How does Cranio work?
The slowness of the treatment and an attitude of total acceptance help your nervous system to reach a deep state of relaxation . In this state, the body can activate its self-regulation , allowing tensions, emotional blockages or traumatic experiences to be seen and released - mindfully, resource-oriented and at your own pace. Thanks to gentle touch, supporting words or stillness, injured or dissociated parts are integrated. Sometimes the treatment remains on the physical-energetic level - nothing has to be forced. Whatever the process, at the end of the session most people experience a new body perception, more centeredness and more confidence.

Benefits of Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy has proven effective for a wide range of complaints and complements conventional medicine in a holistic way - especially when traditional approaches are not bringing the expected relief. It can help with pain, stress, anxiety and fatigue. It also supports the nervous and immune systems, promotes healing after accidents or operations and helps during pregnancy. Scientific studies have proven its positive effects. Even a single session can bring relief - how many sessions are needed depends on the situation, we will discuss the optimal duration of your treatment together.

Craniosacral Therapy for children and Teenagers
Craniosacral therapy works particularly well with children and young people because their energy system is very adaptable. They usually respond to this form of treatment quickly. Even if they are initially skeptical, many children enjoy the peace and relaxation during the session, some even fall asleep. In stressful phases such as school stress, exams or family conflicts, the therapy helps to restore inner balance. Craniosacral Therapy promotes self-regulation, is safe and non-invasive. It is particularly helpful for headaches, back pain or stomach aches, sleep disorders, ADHD, aggression, anxiety and concentration problems. I treat children from kindergarten age. For babies and toddlers, I recommend two colleagues who specialize in this age group.
Fascia Therapy
For back pain or other muscular tensions, I also offer fascia therapy in addition to craniosacral therapy. This method targets the fascia, the connective tissue of the body, which is crucial for our mobility and balance. With deep, manual techniques, I release tension and to restore the flow of fluids in the fascia. Although the treatment can be a painful, I will adjust the pressure according to your sensitivity. Fascia therapy promotes blood circulation, relieves pain and improves flexibility. It complements craniosacral therapy by helping to relieve restrictions and increase well-being.

Process Support IBP
With the two-year training to become a process facilitator according to IBP, I have additional tools to support you in your growth process. IBP process facilitation (Integrative Body Psychotherapy) helps people to recognize and work on emotional blockages and unconscious patterns. It combines body-oriented techniques with psychotherapeutic approaches. This method promotes awareness of one's own body perception and helps to resolve inner conflicts in order to achieve more balance and quality of life .
This is what my clients say...
Helga M.
I had cranio and fascia therapy with Geneviève and had a really good experience. My quality of life improved drastically in just 4 weeks. She was able to identify and resolve old tensions caused by poor posture in no time. The simple and effective exercises to do at home are great. I can highly recommend them.
Veronika K.
Genevieve's craniosacral treatment is a lasting memory for me. I don't think I have ever experienced so impressively what it means to be in harmony with emotions, mind and body. The beautiful and powerful image that I got during the treatment has remained deeply etched in my mind and has stayed with me ever since. She is an exceptional body therapist and I can recommend her 100%.
Thank you very much 🙏🏻

-
