Why Pilates & Yoga?
Pilates is an effective training method that strengthens the whole body, especially the core muscles. Strength, flexibility, balance and supporting health are goals of the Pilates method. The exercises are gentle, varied, performed slowly and with mindfulness. Pilates has been proven to improve posture and alleviate back pain.
Many wonderful teachers have shaped my teaching style. I have been practicing yoga since 1998. I am currently attending the 200-hour yoga teacher training course at Yogalives in Zurich.
Individual Lessons
Many clients appreciate individual lessons to learn the fine, precise Pilates fundamentals before joining a group. They appreciate flexibility of schedule, instruction in English, or they come to work on specific issues. I can adapt the training to your level and give you tactile support for a correct execution of the exercises. Individual lessons take place at Praxis am Fluss in Adliswil.
Group Lessons
Participating in a group is wonderful for integrating regular exercise into your everyday life and thereby keeping your body flexible and strong. My group courses take place at Yogawerk Adliswil. Please note: all groups are in German
