Pilates & Yoga with Geneviève


Many wonderful teachers have influenced my teaching style. I am qualified as both a Pilates and a yoga teacher and like to incorporate some yoga exercises into my Pilates classes.

My work as a craniosacral therapist also influences my lessons, : I lay great emphasis on self-awareness and alignment.

 

In my classes I also like to integrate fascia exercises in the form of self-massage with balls or black rolls, long stretches or swinging movements. This promotes elasticity, freedom of movement and well-being. Small equipment such as the Pilates ring, elastic bands and balls are also used. You will be surprised at how varied the training can be!

 

Pilates Group Classes

Joining a Pilates group is a great way to incorporate regular exercise into your daily routine and keep your body flexible and strong. This group is suitable for both beginners and advanced students. Thanks to the small group size, I can give you some personal attention and adjustments if neede. The classes take place on Wednesdays and Fridays at Yogawerk Adliswil. I teach in High German.
